Hospitality project management, from feasibility to handover
One team accountable for programme, quality and safety — from the first feasibility study to the day you take the keys. In-house expertise, backed by a trusted partner network, delivered to specification and on time.

What does hospitality project management include?
- 01
Feasibility and site appraisal
We test the site against your brief before you commit: services capacity, extraction routes, consents risk and programme.
- 02
Programme and sequencing
A single programme that sequences design, consents, procurement and trades — so nothing waits on anything it does not need to.
- 03
Quality control and value engineering
Specification checked at every stage, with value engineering that protects the parts of the design guests actually see.
- 04
Consultant and trade coordination
Architects, interior designers, engineers and specialist trades managed under one line of accountability.
- 05
Consents alongside the build
Planning, heritage and licensing run in parallel with construction, not ahead of it.
- 06
Handover and close-out
Commissioning, snagging, O&M documentation and a site ready to trade — then PPM if you want it.

Frequently asked questions
Q1What does a hospitality project manager do?
A hospitality project manager is the single point of accountability for a fit-out: setting the programme, controlling quality, coordinating designers, engineers and trades, and managing consents. At re:SPACE the same team takes a site from feasibility study through construction to handover, so decisions are made by people who will also deliver them.
Q2How long does a hospitality fit-out take?
It depends on size, condition of the shell and the consents required. A straightforward unit with existing use class moves far faster than a change of use or a listed building. We fix the programme at feasibility stage, once we have surveyed the site and identified every consent the project needs.
Q3Can you take over a project that is already underway?
Yes. We start with a review of the programme, design status and consents position, then set out what needs to change to land the opening date. Taking over early is always easier than taking over late, so it is worth a conversation as soon as the programme starts to slip.
Q4Do you manage projects outside the UK?
Yes. We manage hospitality and retail projects across the UK, Spain, France and Italy, including Badiani’s first gelato laboratory in Barcelona and a 750 sq ft hospitality unit at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris. Each project is run under the local planning and licensing code.
